Prague 2 lies to the south of Prague 1 and belongs to the capital's historic center. In addition to a plethora of attractions scattered around the area, there are many shopping centers, supermarkets, entertainment complexes, service establishments, banks, parks, schools, private and municipal medical institutions. Living here is a true pleasure thanks to the ancient facades' beauty and ramified transport links. Buses and trams run 24 hours a day, and there is also a subway line. The way to the city center takes no more than 10 minutes by subway and 20 minutes on foot.
